The superior Parami is where we have developed the Paramis to a higher level than average people have. The highest Parami is, of course, the one that has been developed by the Buddha.
"And give examples for each of the Paramis, if possible." With the time now short, I'll just do one for now, Generosity, or "Dana" in the Pali language. Certainly, most people who are not focusing on giving in their life, usually still have some capacity for Generosity, but if it's more developed, if it's a "superior" Parami -- it is more based in an unselfish intention to cause less harm and to benefit others, without expecting things in return. Oftentimes, we are generous because we want something back. This is a lower level of Generosity. A superior Generosity is where we give for the joy of giving, but we also know it's going to benefit us. With the highest Parami, we give the best that we have, with the highest intention to lessen suffering for ourselves and others, even, perhaps, at great risk to our life.
