Yesterday Rosemary spoke about honesty causing hurt feelings and disruptions of trust. In my experience honest words spoken with Compassion are like medicine, even if they cause pain to begin with. What is the balance between maintaining integrity and being honest, versus not causing pain and keep the peace?
