While meditating my thoughts tend to wander towards Dukkha and the issues and people that are the source of Dukkha for me, for example my dad. Rarely, however, my thoughts wander towards people or issues that are the source of happiness for me, for example my mom. My mind seems to be far more focused therefore on suffering and the desire to overcome it. How can I switch this so I'm focused on happiness rather than Dukkha?
