    Sometimes big paper tigers can't throw me off balance (for example falling into aversions) as easily as small paper tigers (for example if I meet a clearly mentally unwell person my compassion is strong and I don't take things personally). But if I meet the taxi driver who is being greedy today...

    I notice I get much less irritated when I have to be with conditions I don't want to be with, am separated from what I want to be with, or don't get what I want. But, still, irritation does arise sometimes. Does this indicate I need to reflect even more on Dukkha, which I already do a lot? Or is it just idealism?
