    Can we truly have Compassion for someone who stole something from us, insulted us, hurt us in any way, before we let go of our “lost within ourselves”? If so, don't we need to focus on our lost first, before we can effectively have Compassion for that person?

    I remember you saying that if we want to reduce ignorance, we have to watch out not only for our good and bad thoughts, but also for thoughts when we are lost. How can we watch out for thoughts when we are lost?
