Do you think little punishments, for example when you did not concentrate as strong as you could or move without need, helps to increase determination? The punishment should be something helpful like sitting longer, eating less etc.

Giving oneself a reward for being able to do something can be helpful, or is it always a wrong thing to do, because a good practice for example is a reward in itself?
