    I can't see much difference between, "What can I learn from this?" and "Can I change this into the path?", can you please explain?

    Would you recommend to read the scriptures in order to deepen the practice and to get a more full understanding of the Buddha's teachings? Or is this teaching on the wrong path of book and thinking knowledge.

    There are many "sets" the Buddha talked about: Five Spiritual Powers, Ten Paramis, Four Foundations of Mindfulness, etc. Why do you focus on some and not others? i.e. Why do you talk a lot about the Paramis and not the Spiritual Powers? Do you think some are more valuable?
