    Occasionally during the walking before dinner or in the early morning I notice aversion arising without really knowing where it comes from. I wonder whether the reason could be hunger, respectively the aversion coming from the unfulfilled desire to eat. Referring to what you said the other morning, could I hinder the aversion from coming up, by being aware of and noting the unpleasant feelings in my stomach earlier?
