    When I am physically exhausted and tired, I tend to self-pity myself, trying the wise reflection sounds like how fortunate, yawn, I am sigh. How to think wisely when the mind is blurred?

    When I do the reflections, sometimes my head gets very tired. What is the best thing to do? Naming the feeling, concentrating on it, when it doesn't go away see aversion arise as well as doubt? Reflect on death, Lovingkindness or just relax?
