    In the talk yesterday evening Rosemary mentioned to substitute worldly pleasant/unpleasant/neutral feelings with spiritual feelings. Could you explain this? How does this work?

    I think I understand transforming pleasant worldly feelings into pleasant spiritual ones, like the Brahma Viharas, but could you explain about attachment to unpleasant worldly feelings and attachment to unpleasant spiritual ones?
